As Fred has pointed out BlueVestment is run by Nathan Marcos and is certainly a legitimate operation. I have been a user for a couple of months now, having exposed by LC login to them, and it is working fine. I think they need to make the site easier to use but there is no question they are providing value for investors. They are still in beta but I believe they have had over $1 million invested with their system.
