Title: Finding Blenders
Post by: Wrats6 on November 15, 2012, 07:41:48 PM
Does anyone know how to use the Prosper search criteria to find Blenders (borrowers who use loan proceeds to lend to other borrowers)?  I think I have that right.  Thanks to anyone who can help with this.

I don't think there is a way to find these on Prosper but the new Prosper Stats site has Blenders. Go here:
http://prosper-stats.appspot.com/SearchForm.jsp

Then click on Show Additional Criteria and you will see a Blender checkbox in Prosper Activity. The Blender group as a whole do perform about 2% better than the average so they can be a good investment.

Also, there is an "Active Listings" tab on the search results page which runs your search criteria against the active listings on Prosper.  So if you search for blenders and click this tab you will see the active Prosper listings that you can invest in where the borrow is a blender.

I am still a user of LendStats.  One of the few pages that still work for us Prosper investors is the blender search.

I still use lend stats a lot for my prosper investing.  The two main components which don't work are looking up specific investors and loan search.
