Title: Extremely large amount of notes last couple of days (~3X usual volume every pull
Post by: Kombinator on December 30, 2014, 09:21:24 AM
I am sure I am not the only one who has noticed this, any thoughts on why LC has been releasing 600ish notes per pull for the last couple of days?

Some kind of weird volume catch up in year end?

And yet they are issuing almost no new notes. I have a huge amount tied up in "not yet issued" right now.   Looks like they are setting up for a blowout first Quarter.

Yep makes sense.  I have been able to pick up quite a few good notes, so not complaining too much about a delay in issuance:)

Even though I've picked up quite a few I've been getting a higher percentage of "X Note(s) did not issue" emails. Then that money from them mysteriously shows up at random times throughout the day. Noticeable when you cash account is <$25 and you automatically buy notes that day.

Would be nice if these transaction level notes showed up somewhere besides email. Guess they don't want to have people easily track this "negative" side of LC/P2P investing.

I turned off these emails because I found them annoying, but you can just click on your "Order History" and see all of your orders and how many notes issued, didn't issue, are still pending, etc.  So I don't think they're hiding this info at all.

Amazing! Over 500 notes at both 10 and 2 today.
