I usually divide my investments into 80%-20% ratio, 80% on the good credit score borrower & 20% on the bad credit score borrower( Bad score borrower always give high returns). Almost all P2P platform are same, but I usually stick with the Monexo because of auto  invest features.

Nothing wrong with that strategy, Anup. In fact, there are hardly any better ones out there. I've been doing this for a long time now too.

I also recently found a great article that gives tips on what points to check when investing in a real estate company. https://realtybundles.eu/learn/blog/11-property-investment-strategies-and-trends/57-4-tips-on-how-to-optimize-re-investment-in-2019. It has been really useful for me. I now always check if a company has these points before making an investment.

Since p2p lending is fairly new and there are quite a few platforms offering it I have the following checklist to compare and shortlist the ones I use.
My checklist:
- I look at the platforms sustainability (how long they've been around).
- Check their credibility (check for ratings)
- Check if the have rated originators in their loans portfolio (originator ratings)
- Check if the offer loans backed with buyback guarantees
- Check the interest rates they offer
- Check if the they offer auto-reinvestment of interest payments collected - (setup according to my preferences)
- Check minimum amount required to invest (the lower the better, cause that gives you the benefit of diversification in a number of loans)
With this checklist, I am currently investing in 4 diffrerent platforms (2 of which offer buyback guarantees) and I do share my reviews/experience in my personal blog.

I propose a better rule:  Look to see if they file reports with the SEC, or its equivalent in your country of interest.

I invest with Lending Club, Prosper, and Groundfloor, all of which do.

Just because some guy "offers" to buy back loans, doesn't mean he really has the capability to do so.  You may not even know who "he" is.  Just because he has a web site doesn't mean he has financial assets.  Look for regulatory participation.
