Is this part of the pull back? It dropped to 23.18 a share.

What's going on here? I had an order placed for 325 shares. It shows my allocation is only 225 shares? I had a little over 4000 in my account but I thought we could fund it later. Does anyone have any idea?

Investors - LC / IPO Eve. IPO Changed to $15 a share!

So Lending Club has decided to change their IPO price from 12 to14 dollars, to a final price of15 dollars a share. I believe this is 30 percent higher than the original 10 dollar amount per share. I'm sure they are trying to get the original investors paid back handsomely by this increase. I don't care. I believe this company has a future. I'm in it for the long haul. What do you folks think about this stock increase? I am interested to know your thoughts. I'm in it for 325 shares. :D

That is sweet Rob L. Too bad you can't actually alter our accounts like that. I would love for you to pull a Ferris Bueller and make it real! Lol ;D

For the first year my LC account was open, I as well made great returns in the twenties. Every 6 months or so I would watch it drop a few percentage points. At almost 3 years it is stabled out at about 12 percent. It's easy to make great returns in the beginning. I would like to see what this guy's percentage is a couple of years from now. You know when the loans are nice and seasoned. If this guy is relying on it staying in the twenties, for his business, he is in trouble.  :P

I'm sorry to Peter and anyone else who thinks there's a DSP 4000 share program. There is not. Someone got it backwards 12 350 is $4200 dollars not shares. Lending Club had a difficult enough time creating a DSP program. They are not going to create a second program for a few a baller investors. They already have wallstreet up their hinney.

This what my email said. Max of 350 shares. It seems a little low. Too bad. >:(

Investors - LC / Date for Lending Club IPO!
« on: November 29, 2014, 08:00:47 PM »
Hey everyone, I just got off the phone with Fidelity. They say the Lending Club IPO is going to drop on December the 11th. I asked him for more information but he said he really couldn't give it. He said I would have to watch the news and follow the Fidelity emails. Also, if you ended up having two Fidelity accounts like me, I was able to merge the two into one. It was a great Thanksgiving but it's going to be an even better Christmas!  ;D

Investors - LC / Re: Lending CLub IPO / pop or long term?
« on: November 28, 2014, 01:18:17 AM »
I'm holding on for the long term. LC is going to try to expand into the real estate and student loan markets. That is a lot of potential growth right there. This company is in its infancy and I'm expecting a lot of great things from it.

I called fidelity brokerage. And they told me I had to open up a new account. But then later I could merge the two. Hope this helps.

Well, that article was crap! It made me want to invest in the company even more. It made me feel like this company was going to go somewhere. I do like the Lending Club philosophy and now that they have partnered with Wall Street even better. Go LC!

My notification was also sent to my spam folder. I found this unusual due to all my other LC emails go to my main folder. Strange. I opened and funded my Fidelity account yesterday. I heard that the IPO might hit on Monday? Has LC made any announcements?
