Hi everyone,
I'm wordering why among these two, the 2nd one which has less monthly income, house on mortgage, and 1 delinquency is more popular than the other which has higher income, house ownership, and no delingquency.
Both are loan refinancing and has similar DTI. Is this because of the 2nd loan's higher revolving credit balance?

The loan in grace period that I put up for sale got cancelled today. Status in Folio reads "payment pending." Does this mean the borrower just paid?

I put it up for sale on Folio with 10% discount.

Of the two of my notes in grace period, I can't sell of them. According to LC, the status of the note is pending.




Does this mean the borrower paid and the payment is being processed?

Hi everyone,
I got into the LC two months ago and already got two loans in grace period.

With your past experiences, in average how long does it take for notes to be sold with reasonable price?
What are the things that I need to consider when I set the price on a note?

Hi, this may sounds dumb question...

At any given time during a day, I only see no more than 500 loans in browse loans page. It doesn't seem that reloading a few hours doesn't update the listing. How come I am locked with 500 or less loans a day, all same ones? LC is a big company and I thought it would produce several thousands of new loans every day.

Hi,
I am new to lending club.
Is the "expected monthly payments" shown on My Portfolio Page up to date?
My Portfolio page shows my weighted average rate 10.65% for 100 notes of $25 each and about 50 of the notes are issued so far.  The expected monthly payments is $33 and I was thinking about $60.

My question is whether I can pull my out of any specific loans individually or not after I was issued a note.
How does withdrawl works with lending club?
