Never saw these exact messages before (especially the first one. For the second one, I recall some message like that but they not exactly the same). Do you mind sharing the loan id?

Notice, this borrower typically paid on the 14th, but had some sort of cash shortage and changed payment date to the 28th for more time.

It didn't help enough, they still missed their next payment and are now 16-30 days late.

Joe6Luck,
Just look at any of your late notes or grace period notes.
Most likely 20-30% of them have this noted.

I just hit 20k total of notes with LR and Im now being active rebalanced.

I logged into my LendingClub account and noticed that about 90% of my notes are now for sale, almost all at a markup.

Its interesting to see this, I figured Id have maybe a few dozen for sale, but it looks like LR strategy is to list all notes with a 2-5% markup to increase returns.

I like the concept, this could work out well, but it will be interesting to see how well it works.

LendingRobot / Re: Aggressive strategy - and 33% A notes?
« on: August 19, 2016, 01:03:38 PM »
That is odd.

I am currently set to mildy aggressive and it buys some D and E type notes, but counters it with some A notes to create its mild aggressive strategy looks like.

"Borrower has changed draft date" OR "Borrower will be mailing payment"

Ive noticed that whenever either of these two things are noted on the account, there is a very high chance of payment being missed on the next draft date.

Nice. Assuming your office is somewhere in San Francisco?

I've only been on lending club.com for 3 months now and signed up for lending robot 30 days ago. So far it's doing well but too early for solid results.

So, browsing some 16-30 day late notes Ive noticed there are a decent number of notes that have only 1-5 more payments left.
With those notes being so close to being paid off, whats the point of trying to sell a late note when there is little to no principal left?

Is the seller thinking there is little return left because of the minimal principal, and or that collection fees might eat up interest?

PeerCube / For lending ideas, why only 10 notes displayed at a time?
« on: June 29, 2016, 12:21:24 AM »
When logged into peer cube and looking over the "return maximizer" and other filters why can we only see 10 notes at a time? We should have the ability to see more at once!

😀

Investors - LC / Re: Liquidity of Funds?

There is liquidity through the secondary market, however, how long and how much of a discount will you need to give to sell all of your notes? That's a good question. Most could sell with little or no discount, however you could have 10, 20, 50% of your notes that need a good discount to move them. It's difficult to predict.

Why not look into something more liquid like Acorns app, which invests in ETF's and is very liquid? It's worked well for me.

Update - is there any way to add notes to these new portfolios Ive created automatically?

Or, must I go one by one and add them to my new portfolios?

Ive got close to 900 notes to sort through.. =(

Create a portfolio for each service, PC, LR, etc and have each note added to their respective portfolio automatically by the service. Works with Bluevestment.

Excellent, Ill look into that, thank you!

So, Ive been investing now with LendingClub for a few months and love it.

I have loans that have been purchased:

Through FolioFn
Through the automated investing at LC
Through Peercube
Through Lendingrobot

Is there an easy way for me to keep track of these notes and their original source, to track performance/defaults, etc?

Ie, which notes came through peercube, lendingrobot, etc?

Thanks
Cory
