Investors - LC / Well, I did it....Transferred my money out

I just initiated a transfer of my cash balance. It does me no good sitting there or floating in 'funding'. I am done with LC at least under the current model. I am sick of fighting and clawing for tiny edges, it is just not worth it. GAME OVER!

Hey there boys and girls.

Anyone willing to share how they use auto sell on IR? I am trying to find a way to use it effectively. I sell on folio but am not very successful there. Thanks!

Interest Radar / filter
« on: May 23, 2013, 08:05:29 AM »
I saw IR has as one of its request features the ability to have a community sharing of filters and strategies. anyone willing to share at thi point, it seems easy to do via the link option.

I keep flip flopping and want to buckle down and get serious as portfolio is growing.

Thanks in advance

Interest Radar / IR Top funded notes
« on: May 22, 2013, 01:23:14 PM »
Anyone here look at some of the notes that the most IR customers invest in?

I select maybe 10% of the ones I see there. I must be missing something. They have HIGH IR01 scores and such (to me) blatant faults like a derogatory last month, public records on file etc.....

looking for your experience with same?

I just saw this now, what is the ratio?

Thanks

Investors - LC / Foliofn times....
« on: May 20, 2013, 10:39:16 AM »
Does anyone have a good reason as to why a transaction on Foliofn takes so long? There should be no delay...it seems to be the simplest of transactions. They are dealing with cleared fund on the buy side and they already have all the data and known a payment is not in works. If it is they cancel it...I don;t get the delay, it has cost me $ on a few transactions.

Investors - LC / Feeling Irritable!
« on: May 17, 2013, 04:22:50 AM »
We all want to pick loans that will pay off and make us some money, right? Well there is one critical factor I have misjudged....When these bozos payoff early! The worst part about this happening is, you are paying 1%on the ENTIRE amount of principal returned.

After making a $25 loan, I got one payment this payment was $.30 interest and $25.30 principal. I had to pay $.25 to LC leaving $.05 as profit. I have had this happen not so infrequently. Don't you think that LC shouldn't be charging on ENTIRE principal amount on early payoff? They take a service fee for regular servicing of the loan. They are basically accelerating this fee on early payoff. Agreed they did not get paid on the alrger P&I payments over time. But this just annoys me.

Bryce,

Is there a way you can get rid of the graphic sign-in button and replace with a standard web form button? This would make logging in much easier. I know it sounds silly, but if I use the keyboard, I cannot login, only mouse....just a thought :)
