Investors - LC / API Broken
« on: September 15, 2017, 11:06:26 AM »
The loan listing endpoint of the LendingClub API ( appears to not be working properly.  It is only returning 12 notes, even though there are over 200 listed when viewing them on the platform.  Anyone else encountering this problem?

Foliofn - LC / Folio API Stopped Working
« on: May 06, 2017, 03:29:58 PM »
I've been using the LendingClub Folio API successfully for the past few months.  Today I started getting a "Bad Request" error returned, despite not changing any code.  Anyone else experiencing issues?

Foliofn - LC / Is this legal?
« on: March 04, 2017, 01:13:39 PM »
Let's say you have a ROTH folio account and a cash folio account.  If you post a note for sale for a very large amount from the ROTH account, and then purchase it from your cash account, you could effectively move as much money as you wanted into your ROTH account.  I'm guessing this is illegal somehow, but our tax system is so screwed up I thought I'd check!

Foliofn - LC / 50% Discounted note?
« on: June 22, 2016, 10:49:07 AM »
I bought a note yesterday from Loan ID # 55574423 for $11.26 ($22.19 principal remaining).  It appears to be on time and has 10 completed ontime payments.  Am I missing something or perhaps they typo'ed the price?

Foliofn - LC / Value of Credit Score Change
« on: May 27, 2016, 03:10:13 PM »
Does anyone have a concrete value they associate with a credit score change when comparing notes for sale on Folio?  Something like:

Credit score improvement  | Premium
0-20  | 1%
25-40 | 1.5%
45-60 | 2%

General P2P Lending Discussion / My RealtyMogul Returns
« on: May 01, 2016, 07:54:18 PM »

I invested in a few RealtyMogul properties starting in 2013, and thought people might find my results interesting, as there are not a lot results posted (that I could find).  Please post any links to results posted elsewhere, or feel free to post your results in this thread, as I am very curious how my results compare to others'.  I mostly selected equity investments, but a couple of loans are thrown in there as well.  It is tough to judge current value of a property until a sale, so once one is sold, there will more than likely be a big jump or drop in XIRR.  I used the investment amount as the current value for the ending balance.

General P2P Lending Discussion / API returning only 10% of notes
« on: March 20, 2014, 12:08:34 AM »
I noticed today that the API was returning around 130 notes, yet on the LendingClub web platform, there were over 1200 notes listed.  Is anyone else experiencing this?

Investors - LC / LendingClub API OrderSubmitOrders action
« on: July 21, 2013, 04:19:23 AM »
I am attempting to interface with the LendingClub API using SOAP in PHP. I've generated some classes using wsdl2php. The wsdl file can be found here:

I've successfully executed 4 of the 5 API methods, but the submit order method results in the following error:

Fatal error: Uncaught SoapFault exception: [Client] SOAP-ERROR: Encoding: Violation of encoding rules

Code exert (integer IDs replaced by XXXXXX:
Code: [Select]
$order = new Order();
$order->loanId = XXXXXX;
$order->requestedAmount = 25.00;
$order->portfolioId = XXXXXX;

$order_instruct = new OrderInstruct();
$order_instruct->aid = XXXXXX;
$order_instruct->orders = $order;

$submit_order = new OrderSubmitOrders();
$submit_order->instructs = $order_instruct;
$submit_order_response = $lendingClub->OrderSubmitOrders($submit_order);
Anyone else get this action to work?
Thanks in advance.
