Is anyone else seeing problems on Prosper? It seems a lot of automatic payments have failed (representing about 80% of payments for today). Prosper has debited my account for the chargebacks, even though I was never credited for the payments and thus have a negative overall balance.

Investors - P / Customer Relations Credit
« on: September 11, 2013, 12:42:19 PM »
Hi, I'm newbie to Prosper lending. I just started last month and am just getting first payments coming in. One of my notes (originated on Aug 12) just showed up as payoff in progress and the payment detail indicates "Customer Relations Credit." Is this some sort of borrowers regret and Prosper is backing the loan out? Something else? Is this usual?
