Has anyone ever gotten an answer from LC as to why this happens??

I believe there have been varied and contradictory answers, including promises to fix the incorrectly marked notes. It seems clear at this point that they have no intention of doing so.

Sarah, I often sell new notes at 25.51 or 25.76, only so that it comes out to an even number once LC takes its 1%. It's just an OCD thing. So, if you were willing to widen your filter by 1c, you might see some of mine.

If hope lending club does not do this just to give the appearance of a large volume of loans.

Yes, so when it looks as if there are 300 loans available on the platform, it's actually only 150-200 that will eventually be issued.

Apart from loans where the borrower changes their mind, I also see no reason LC can't complete the verification process prior to listing the loans. That way what you see will be real loans, not a crapshoot.

That's a relief.

Uh, do we need to understand all this to eventually use the Lendingclub API? :P

"She" :). I notice because my balance doesn't go up for days, despite having logged multiple payments. In fact, it sometimes goes down, as they deduct from the accrued interest but don't add to the available cash. If they've received your money, it shouldn't take 6 days to hand it over.

Actually it's even longer than that, because a note due on the 6th does not process until the 10th, although the borrower did make the payment on the 6th.

I've received 0 from July 6, 1 from July 7, 0 from July 8. Have you received payments for any July 6 notes, Sarah? It would be nice if they could do them in chronological order and on a predictable schedule.

None of the payments for these due dates have posted to my account, although they are showing completed on time. Is anyone else finding this?

I don't remember if it said that. I remember it allowed me to add to order, with no error message, but when I went to view order it wasn't there and the cash had been put back in my account. When I went to look for the same note, it was gone.

I have lost a note that I added to my order because it closed before I could complete the order.

Has anyone else been having trouble putting up notes for sale on the Trading platform today? I have been trying since this morning and keep getting this error message. I can log into the platform, but if I click on "sell notes" from anywhere on the site, I get this message:

"There has been a Prosper system error, and the page you were trying to reach cannot be reached. This error occurred at 6/21/2013 6:36:25 PM PT.

Please try again, and if you continue having problems, please contact customer support.

We apologize for this inconvenience. Thank you for your patience."

I've tried clearing my cache and reloading.

Ugh. Me too. If this keeps happening, eventually all notes will have an incorrect "grace period" payment. The borrowers can't be happy about that either. I've said it before, but what really bugs me is the way they sweep problems like this under the rug and never publicly address them. It's not an individual user problem, it's system-wide.

I also have 2 loans that completed payment 3/21 (due 3/15 and 3/17) and for which payment has not been deposited to my account.

None of the 14 completed payments from 3/22 (due date 3/18) have been deposited to my account.

I have noticed the lag time between when LC collects your money and actually gives it to you seems to be getting longer and longer.

I always see a lag in receiving the cash after account activity shows the payment was received, sometimes as long as 24 hours.

I don't think they ever said they would fix it.
