Looking for a little guidance here. So the plan is for the DSP shares to be offered through Fidelity. I don't have a Fidelity account. Do I sign up for an account right now or assume that they will contact me through the info that LC is providing them and sign up then? Then after the IPO is issued and I get the shares can I just transfer them over to my Vanguard Brokerage account from the new Fidelity account and close the Fidelity account? Kind of a mess but just trying to put a plan together. Thanks
I've outlined my thoughts on Lending Club's automation vs other third parties here:

You left out PeerLendingServer.com, the one I use.
I'd like to hear some thoughts on how they expect retail investors to get access to this asset class in the future. Will folks like those on this forum simply be in the minority of trying to squeeze out better returns than funds full of notes? Somewhat similar to buying your own real estate vs buying a REIT fund. How do retail people buy stocks and bonds with the massive amounts of institutional money in the space?
Looking forward to hearing more Emmanuel
I see what you are saying. Maybe we should add a 3rd percentile then, similar age AND similar weighted average interest rate. That data is in the JSON so it is just a matter of pulling it out and calculating it.
So what does this new API mean to those of us who aren't programmers but who rely on third party solutions? (i.e. BlueVestment, Lending Robot, et al.)
Does the API key we have provided to these sites work with whichever version of the API they are using? As they migrate over to the new one, will we need to do anything? What is the likely timeframe for moves to begin happening?
Since we have provided our LC login credentials to these sites so they can screen-scrape our available cash and this will no longer be necessary, will these sites eventually purge our login credentials from their databases? Will they inform us when this has been done? I'm guessing it would probably be wise to then select a new password just to be extra safe.
Hopefully Nathan, Emmanuel, and/or some of the others who maintain 3rd party sites can chime in with how they plan to handle the migration.
