Thank you, the article is very useful. Can you suggest the same one about the European market?

Hey Charlotte!

Due to lack of replies from the other guys, I'm just jumping into the conversation here. Being from Europe, I actually think that there are some better alternatives to some of the bigger P2P lending platforms in the US like LendingClub and Prosper.

In general, the European market is booming with P2P lenders, and while there are some sketchy players on the market, you will also be able to find some real gems.

If you are looking for a P2P lending platform on the European market, you should definitely check out They feature a lot of different European platforms and also review them.

PS. I primarily use Mintos for payday loans, but also have a few loans from Envestio in my P2P portfolio :)

Charlie M., thank you for advice. Actually, Iím looking not only for P2P opportunities. Iím interested in all methods of getting gains from the property without buying it - REITs, mutual funds, crowdfundingÖ The main thing - I want to invest all over Europe and to have a possibility to choose and manage my properties. This article says itís impossible to combine:

Are you agree?
For example, Iíve found a crowdfunding platform, that offers assets in different European countries. Or, maybe, I misunderstood something? The company calls Realtybundles. Can you check it and tell me if Iím right?

Hey, guys! Can you make a review of this fund, please? I'm sure that a lot of people here will be happy to read something about it.
