I'd say no, it doesn't look like denial is coming. The most recent note (loan portion) I purchased was submitted by the borrower on Oct. 20 and issued on Oct. 26 (today).

Calling LC on the phone and telling them about your dilemma might help them move things along.  They may say their questions weren't answered as fast as they could have been.

Yes, In Review is a good sign.  Next comes Issuing, which can take a couple or more days, then Issued a day or two after that.
imho, you've waited far long enough!  Again, the reason for that could be that your ex dragged his feet after being contacted.  Good luck!

Foliofn - LC / Folio Fico Trend Chart Not Working
« on: October 25, 2017, 09:31:01 PM »
Three up trend notes trended down today or yesterday (didn't look then), and today I'm listing them but all three charts are blank!
Temporary hitch, I hope.
Anybody know how long it's been like this?

Suggestions / Re: new forum bug - stale "new" indicators

I use Safari, and I've experienced the same thing.  Clicking back and forth doesn't make the memory change its mind about whether I read the post or not.  Waiting is the only solution I've found.  Doesn't happen all the time.

I'd say they're borrower-behavior related.
According to PeerCube data, the 112020462 loan violates at least 5 of my "no way" rules.

Am still withdrawing my accumulated interest while it's still there.  I doubt that LC has any intention of doing any of the things that might make me change my mind.

lascott:  Best wishes for your continued recovery!

Investors - LC / Re: Safari 11.0 update

I found the cure on an Apple Support forum.
The solution was to uncheck the font size square under Safari-->Preferences-->Advanced and then close and re-open Safari.
YAY!!

Anybody else having problems with LC since the latest Safari update yesterday?

Notes and Browse won't load.

Firefox works fine.

Could be just me, as usual.  CleanMyMac 3 didn't fix it.

Investors - LC / Re: LC Email: "The Next Generation Credit Model"

If LC's model improves, that should usually mean less loans for us active filterers to find, either because they improved their model to fix a grading error that we exploit with filters, or because they updated their model to exclude some class of risky loans that weren't being identified previously.

This makes sense to me.  Thanks.
The EFG loans do seem to be more uniformly designated.  Looked at individually, none seem to not belong in those classes as was occasionally the case.
So there's one positive--I can have more confidence that none of the loans in EFG grades are in my filter for a good reason, and I can save time by not checking them.

I've been looking in vain for something encouragingly positive in the new loan profiles.
I hoped to find more that passed my filter, or, if not that, more in the A,B,C categories that subjectively appear safer.
I don't yet see any (subjective and/or emotional) changes that indicate better quality to me.

I hope your next surgery takes care of whatever that problem is.  Waiting for surgeries is awful.  Hope you're nearing the end of them, successfully.  I empathize. Thank you for the chart this month.

Did you go back and check the column that says markup/discount, to see which note/s are 70+ %?
It's pretty frustrating to have to go back to find negative returns or excessive markup, especially when you have a whole page for sale.  Been there.

As of 9/4/2017:

Combined Net Adjusted Annualized Return:  8.36%
Weighted Average Interest Rate:                18.93%
Weighted Average Age of Portfolio:             45.6 mos
Number of Notes:  5435

Notes Breakdown:  Active: 885; Fully Paid: 4221; Charged Off: 328
Number of Traded Notes:  6786 (3.70 ANAR)

Grade:
A(0.6%) B (1.9%) C(5.3%) D(11.1%) E(47.3%) F(24.2%) G(9.6%)

Term:
36(41.2%) 60(58.8%)

vs All Accounts: 92.90

Am still winding down, mostly for tax reasons and common sense re net returns vs. effort.

PeerCube / Re: Portfolio Snapshot
« on: September 02, 2017, 05:37:15 AM »
Active notes, not charged off or fully paid, are 826 + 10 + 15 + 34 + 5 pending sale + 1 issuing = 891 + 7 settled last night = 898
Portfolio Snapshot says 1021 Active Notes. (123 notes discrepancy now)
That's several hundred closer than the 1694 Actives reported above a few days ago.
The Average Age has also changed, from 13.6 mos. to 22.5 mos. now.
The allocation chart is also more accurate now.  However, the sum of the bar graph principals remaining is about $1800 too high.

Don't know why I only get 898 by adding everything I can think of or see that isn't fully paid or charged off, so I give up.

A separate puzzle arose for me  this week regarding selling Houston affected ZIP notes:
Two on my PC list (68357561 and 62003108) returned "error--note not issued" when I clicked "sell".
I looked for them on my LC note list and they are nowhere to be found.  Soooo---either the LC API
mistakenly sent them to PC, or PC mistakenly added them to my list some other way.

The next questions could be, did I really own them once?  Or does somebody else have unknown missing loans/notes?
Or are these two listed on PC as being in both my account and somebody else's?  They exist, because there are payment
records for the corresponding notes, and both are current.

I'm used to just skipping over anomalies like this at LC, so I can live with it (not worth wasting your time on).

Thank you for your response!

I only have 15, but two of those come up as "note not issued" (after many payments!) so I can't list them and that's annoying.  8 have sold so far.
