Interest Radar / Performance of New Data Elements
« on: April 10, 2013, 08:04:50 PM »
I know you're busy with the new Auto Invest feature, but interested to know if you have any plans to release search and performance results on the new data elements that were released near the beginning of 2013. I know you have filters for them, but being able to see even the short term performance results sure would be interesting. I'm sure you'll include in them your IR01/IR04 scores at the appropriate time. Thanks for all you do for us.

Investors - LC / LC's growth cycle
« on: April 06, 2013, 05:55:29 PM »
For you long term investors, please help a newbie out. Over my five months since becoming aware of LC, opening my account, and reading a great deal of this forum, I've watched the number of notes available drop from 1000+ to only several hundred at most times now.

Clearly we know that LC is growing in volume and number of notes, and I've read comments on this forum about (1) the ability of LC to control the number of notes through advertising and changing of loan requirements; and on the ther hand, (2) the time necessary to fund the notes shortens while the time in review seems to grow.

Is this just the normal cycle of LC-- grow, get overloaded, catch up, evaluate conditions (macro economics, borrower credit profiles, default rates, etc.), fine tune the system, advertise more, and then grow more?

Over the long run does the number of notes just naturally grow and shrink or is this seeming shortage (to me) something new?

Investors - LC / FICO Score updates

Is there a set schedule when LC updates FICO scores each month?

Interest Radar / FICO in "My Notes"
« on: March 29, 2013, 08:41:55 PM »
Is the "Up", "Down", "Same" indicator done from month-to-month, or just since the loan originated?

(1) If done month-to-month, it's a great way to catch "cliff divers", where the FICO just suddenly falls off the cliff
(2) In order to catch "cliff divers" easier than clicking through each note with a down indicator, it sure would be a nice feature to have some sort of filter so you could quickly check those notes whose score change is greater than some set number (i.e., greater than 20), or some percentage (i.e., greater  than 5%)

Overall continue to love your site and enjoy watching it getting better on a regular basis. Thanks!

Interest Radar / Folio Asking Prices 30-40% over value?
« on: March 19, 2013, 07:05:27 AM »
When I review my portfolio on IR, I see average asking prices on Folio listed as 30-40% above the current value of some of my notes. I understand that those are ASKING prices and don't indicate that anyone is actually buying them at those prices, but does anyone have any experience of actually selling their notes for that much over value? That's more than the total expected return (it seems to me).

Interest Radar / Importance of 1 point change in IR01 score
« on: March 15, 2013, 09:51:46 PM »

Is any 1 point change in IR01 score equally important? Does it make any difference in whether that change is from 381 to 382 versus a change from 402 to 403? Does the 1 point change take on any more significance when it crosses your 10 point groupings, that is, is 389 to 390 any more significant than it just being a 1 point change? Love your site. Thanks.
