Perfect, this is indeed very helpful, thanks so much

Well Prosper does have this available directly via API, my question was mainly for LC specifically if there was a clear way to calculate available cash balance from information currently provided via API download or from the Notes file.

Wanted to see if anyone has a quick method to do this, as LC doesn't have the account API endpoint which specifically states remaining cash balance like Prosper does.

Yep, I detected them 20 minutes later as well:)

Seems that there are no loans released today at 5PM...also seems like there was a separate release midday off schedule...anyone else notice this?

Interesting analysis, I wonder what field they are using to get the number of investors per loan, as I remember LC and prosper have taken these out of the API...

It would be great if there was an API supported either by LC or Folio itself that would allow automatic filtering and investment much like the primary market ones do.

Investors - P / Re: Does Prosper now have a 3rd release time?

That happened two days in a row, apparently these are one-offs and not a new release time.

Back to normal here as well.

It is a bug, I have a fairly new account that dropped to -2.44%.  They are likely missing some field in the latest data pull.  I have noticed this a day ago.

The only time I ever saw this on Prosper (and it happened to me a few times) is when the note is fully funded and there is only a sub-25 stub left.  The funded status update lags behind reality, this is extremely apparent on lending club where I consistently get filled for a fraction of my initial submission, sometimes a small fraction.

Because these loans are clearly November originations with wrong December post dating.

If we try to do analysis of November 2013 loans down the road as to their behavior and also DEc 2013 loans there will be a misrepresentation in the data leading to results that will be slightly or possibly significantly off making the vintage analysis inaccurate.

Thank you for your explanation though, it does make sense.

Investors - P / Loans with origination date in December???
« on: November 28, 2013, 11:36:22 AM »
Had a loan added into my portfolio today showing origination date as December 2. 2013.

This is quite a glitch, and can skew the vintage results, anyone else see anything similar?

Here is the note ListingNumber: 1044480

The most likely reason they have started to drag out the period is to let more people bid, as before all the notes were snapped up in the first seconds as all listings came out.  What they actually did is make it worse, as now the notes are snapped up even faster as the machines have to only compete for few notes at a time iunstead of all.  So good intentions, bad the effect is exactly the opposite one of intended:)
