That's a first...

I guess it's actually a great news for note holders. The borrower may want to go to chapter 7 filing to discharge his unsecured debt but his income may be too high to allow for chapter 7. So he may be forced to go to Chapter 13 to pay some back.

Now, now, be careful. For some people around here questioning the accuracy of the "Collection Log" is like questioning the existence of Gods. It'll shake the foundation of their world down to the very core. No offense Core. :)

Very true. Based on my experience working in credit card collections, I'd be willing to bet that one of their recently-hired reps accidentally checked the "bankrupt" box, freaked out and called in a manager, who then manually dismissed it. I could be wrong, however.
