Is it possible to do SEO by myself? Has someone tried doing it?
I know it won't be as effective as a company, but at least there isn't a lot to lose if make mistakes.

Well, you can make on-page SEO on your own, that's easy. But when it goes for off page SEO... Well, it's hard as hell. Especially when it goes for linkbuilding.

Listen to what Henry says. He's right, off page SEO is hard. I tried to make linkbuilding on my own and I failed. Because - well - it's hard to search for proper forums and stuff like that. One of my business partners told me about these crowdo.net guys. They are making backlinks and crowd marketing for a decent price. I could have buy backlinks from Chinese or something, but this business partner of mine convinced me that I should pay more and I will get the best result. He was right.

You can absolutely do SEO yourself. With some research and lots of practice, anyone can learn how to do SEO for their business. But before you start, itís important to understand some SEO fundamentals.

Knowing nothing and having no marketing dollars, I started reading a couple of SEO blogs. I then tried to implement some of the strategies they were talking about, and eventually managed to rank the site for a couple of keywords related to our product.
