Win 10, guess plenty here are turned off by the issues with 8 or any initial issues with 10.
Other than the fact that Microsoft it trying to cram it down my throat? I react negatively to that.
I installed Win 10 update killers on my PC's.
I've read it's a very decent OS, but there are privacy issues. I understand it sends a lot of stuff about you home to the mother ship.
You Tube has tons of videos (not always substantiated of course) on the privacy perils of Win 10.
Seems Microsoft figures if Google can exploit your search queries then we have access to even more.
Win 7 doesn't go EOL for about another 2 years so I'm staying with it as long as I can.
Side note: (would be funny but you be the judge).
A few days ago I searched Amazon for "toasters"; as the ones I'd give away to folks buying my Folio notes LOL.
Now there is virtually nowhere I can visit on the net that doesn't present me with a new opportunity to buy all manner of toasters.
Every morning I log into Facebook and there they are ...toasters...
