Hi all, I just realized that as an international student I'm not actually an U.S. person (non resident alien) although I have a SSN and a US bank account... Is there anyone else on an F1 visa investing in lending club? I think I might have some problems when tax deadline comes but I can't shut down the account simply as I have already around 25k there..
The experiences of anybody else in a similar position who misread the signing in conditions would be appreciated!
