Have questions about your investments or the platform?
« on: June 15, 2016, 11:23:23 PM »
Let us help by feeding you the same empty words we feed everyone!

I rarely log into the website. How long has this little gem been sitting there?

Dear Lending Club,

If you really want to engage the community as a whole, do what some of the other businesses do and assign representatives to engage communities like this one. It's not unheard of. For example many airlines assign representatives to the flyertalk.com community boards to engage the larger community in meaningful discussion.

I second that notion. You need to meet your customers where they are, whether that be Facebook, Twitter or forums. I have a customer service background and the very best operations engage and put dedicated, proactive resources in places like Amazon customer posts or Yelp. LC is very young, but hopefully the director of customer service/investor relations will figure this out.

Hessinger,

Brilliant suggestion! Why don't we all individually write to the investing@lendingclub.com email and suggest to them to have a representative monitor this forum to provide insights. After all, we supply a large chuck of their lending capital.

If enough of us contact them, they might respond.

They just cancelled their annual meeting because they were afraid to speak to their investors.

They're not going to send anyone to die in the forums.  Address your letters to Santa Claus...
