Beta Testing - Investing Algorithm
« on: June 27, 2017, 01:34:45 AM »
Would anyone be interesting in testing an algorithm I wrote, for free, using the Lending Club Platform?  If so just send me a message or respond in the thread.  Been tweaking it for about 3 years and it's doing really well  9-10% NAR with really low defaults <2%.  Looking for about 15-20 folks tops.

Thanks!

I think one of the problems you may have for really tight criteria is being able to buy sufficient enough loans. A solution needs to scale otherwise you invest 'too much' per note and then each note has a big impact.

Tools I use: (main) BlueVestment: https://www.bluevestment.com/app/pricing + https://www.interestradar.com/ , (others) Lending Robot referral link: https://www.lendingrobot.com/ref/scott473/  & Peercube referral code: DFVA9Y

Yea, my algorithm ends up reducing the total loan volume to about 15% of the total loans.  ~15% (+/- a few %) may not sound like much but it should still be able to support 5,000-7000 active users annually.

The only reason I have that number of loans from my video is because I started with a set amount of cash (3 years a go to test this out) and only reinvested the amount of principal and interest I received from the initial loans.  Otherwise I could fund very large amounts of money.

Thanks,

-Chris

Also, each one of my loans is 1% or less of my total investment value.  I created a website that automates the selection process.  Check it out below.  It' free for now.
