Cannot file New Notes anymore

In the  newly redesigned platform, when I purchase notes and try to assign them to specific portfolio, I cannot find them.
So to demonstrate , when I click on the 8 as in the attached screenshot, it should have brought up the 8 notes (that does not belong to any portfolio), but instead it brings up the DETAILS page (which shows ALL the notes in the account).
Is any one else seeing the same problem?

Yep, see the thread "New Platform" for a list of all the other new "features".
