Is there any buyer court like thing in USA?
« on: September 16, 2018, 11:06:13 PM »

I am new to USA. I went to repair my auto. The shopowner approached me for $250 and at first I figured he may be right so in compliance with common decency I gave him cash and after that following a couple of minutes I approached him for the receipt and separate of how could he charge that sum he was irate and was attempting to hide it and later when I additionally enquired about a similar administration it was accessible for $50-$60 in Wal-bazaar. Would you be able to please reveal to me what would it be a good idea for me to do? When I asked the shopowner he said indignantly no these are business strategies. Is there any purchaser court in USA as like in our nation where government legal counselor work for us and the entrepreneur if looses the case needs to pay to customer, legal counselor and the administration as far as fine.

Would anybody be able to answer this inquiry?
