A way to invest in real estate without buying a property.
« on: April 29, 2019, 08:30:55 AM »
Hello everyone! What do you think about investing in property without actually buying it? I see that there are a lot of people here talking about crowdfunding and I have come across this article recently https://realtybundles.eu/learn/blog/11-property-investment-strategies-and-trends/60-5-ways-to-invest-in-real-estate-without-buying-property. Seems like a better option, especially if you are new to real estate investing. Any opinions?

There are many ways to invest in real estate indirectly.  REITs for example.  Why is realty bundles any better?

Investing in real estate can be very lucrative, but getting started in real estate investments requires a large amount of capital.

I actually tried investing with RealtyBundles recently, and I really enjoyed the investment process. As to why this company`s concept is better than REIT, it combines both features of REIT, such as investments in various countries, and gives flexibility of crowdfunding where you can choose the projects you really want to invest in. Hope this clarification helps.

Serena, I agree, that investing in real estate can be very lucrative, but it doesn’t really require much money. I checked that article in RealtyBundles website. I knew then that you can invest in real estate even if you are not a millionaire! It sounds strange, I know, but you can invest even small amounts of money, if you will, choosing, for example, crowdfunding. You can read more about it if you want.

I will read this article about crowdfunding, because I used to think that only when you buy real estate, it means that you invest in it. It will be good if there are other options. I believe that investing in real estate can bring a good profit. I've been buying and selling homes for a long time, but I'm also looking for other ways to make a profit. Btw this company always helps me with selling https://www.thepropertybuyingcompany.co.uk/landers/sell-house-fast. They buy residential or commercial property for cash and they complete the sale quicker than anyone else. It is very important for me to sell my property quickly, because this way I will be able to invest money again in another purchase.

I agree with everyone. It is really possible to have to receive a good amount even without buying property. Just find that domain that you really like and you know how everything works there. My advice to you is that don't try to make money where you don't have at least some ideas. I have lost a lot of money until I understood this. I thought that you can learn during the work, but this is not working like this. If you have no ideas you can have a look here themoneymix. I think that there you can find the information that you need.
