Trying to help a friend avoid foreclosure
« on: April 17, 2013, 07:49:53 PM »
Hi everyone,

I am trying to help a friend avoid foreclosure by applying for a Prosper loan. In exchange for the loan he has offered me free rent. He fell behind a couple years ago when he has his truck and trailer stolen in New Orleans while on business (he runs his own small company and hauled his inventory in this trailer). As a result of the truck and trailer theft (and a good chunk of his inventory), he fell behind. I would like to help him save his house if possible. I just recently received a job with a top financial services firm and have an excellent credit history. Currently, I have a little over 50% of the loan funded and would like to get to 100%. Any help would be much appreciated. Please see below for the link to the loan:

Thank you everyone!

Looks like you're now 100% funded.  Congrats. Austin and good luck with your friend.
